Default Chris Alston Chassisworks Subframe + 18" Wheels?

I read recently that the Chris Alston Chassisworks subframe will not work with anything larger than a 17" wheel. Has anyone tried mounting an 18" on this subframe?

Wheel size is not the limitation, over tire height and section width will be you limitations. Wheels could be 24s if the overall tire height and section does not exceed the limits of the wheel wells / frame / sway bar / etc interference points.

There is no such thing as too big a wheel if you stick with a tire package of 26" or less total height, and a over all section width of 10" or so, you will be fine no matter what wheel.

Obviously there are variables with section width, etc, but a 18X9 with 4-1/2 back will fit.
