Default 1970 camaro bumper removal tips and tools needed

Hi guys i got a 70 camaro that i want to have the bumpers painted, what tools do i need to remove both the front and rear bumpers. Any tips would also be appreciated. Thanks guys.

9/16" deep socket, 1/2" socket, 3/8" socket, same sized < wrenches, 3" extension, ratchet, pry bar, dead blow hammer and a helper.

rear bumper bolts are accessible from in the trunk.

Front you unbolt from the brackets and remove the brackets after.

how many bolts would you say their are for both the front and rear?

Front I believe is 4 and the rear has 8. 6 from inside and 2 outside.
