Hello everyone,
I have been lurking on Lateral-G and Pro touring for about 6 years. I figure its time to man up and start posting. My recent car was purchased off of Pro touring: http://www.pro-touring.com/threads/1...teral+g+3+link .
I recently made a deal with garickman on this site for this engine and his tranny setup. https://lateral-g.net/forums/showthread.php4?t=47130.
I am looking for paint color help. I am going to change the color of the car, but keep the engine the same color. Any suggestions on body/ stripe colors would be appreciated. Car goes for paint in November. Before I bought the engine my colors I was searching was Silver, Grey, Blue and Prowler orange.
Thanks all for any help.

Welcome to the site. You have a great combo going for you.
Can't go wrong with Silver or a form of blue.
Powder blue and black stripes was my favorite 70 Z-28 look.
Welcome Bob! I've seen that car in person after it left Cali and it's a great canvas for the right owner to start building. The motor will be a monster as well.
I am looking forward to the build. I will put a build thread up soon. Please excuse my lack of knowledge on using forums and especially posting pics. I will figure it out

Welcome to the site, Bob. I think you could possibly do the powder blue like Jody mentioned. Or, you could go Lucerne Blue with black. Lucerne Blue was the blue the 70-72 Trans Ams were painted. I definitely would choose a lighter, contrasting blue. That's a fantastic rear suspension in the car. Keep us informed on the build. I can't wait to see this in person. It'll be a big hit at Cars and Caffeine in Alpharetta.
