Default 4th Gen Console/ w/Covan Center Dash.

Well I had an idea I thought I would share with some of you that are thinking of building a custom console for your 67/68 camaro and using the Covan Center Dash panel with gauges. As we know this dash panel deletes the instruments like -stereo, a/c heat vents, and controls.
I came up with a solution. Today I went to a local salvage yard to see if a 97 and up camaro console would work for a vintage a/c controller. It will work. You can see my idea in the picture, and also a custom fiberglass made piece above the console where the vents will be re-routed. Here's my plans:
*Also here is picture of the covan center dash panel-This piece here isa picture of Larry Callahans gauge set-up.

I love the center gauges, I plan on doing the same thing.
