Default Standard carpet kit after raising hump for trans swap?

I'm being tempted by the T-56 Magnum swap as part of my rebuild into more of a streetable car . Currently I've got an automatic so I've got a lot to think about with the cost of the swap.

Anyway, I'm fairly certain this swap into a 3rd gen Nova like mine will require some pretty extensive trans tunnel mods. I'd guess it would need to be raised a couple of inches. I see plenty doing these type mods though on the forums. My question is how do you deal with the carpet fitment? If you raise the floor are you stuck with a custom interior shop doing carpet?

Thanks!

You shouldnt need to raise the tunnel that much, however if you do the standard carpet kit it will work just fine..I had plenty of extra carpet at the doors to cover any changes made to the floor..

Good luck
