Default QA1 purchases Detroit Speed from Holley

Not sure what to make of this. They already own Speedtech.

Wasn't it just 1-2 years ago that Holley bought them?

Covid was a boom in the aftermarket parts world, unsustainable for sure...probably going to see some painful market corrections before things stabilize.
We just lost a local brick and mortar family run race hose shop due to sales drop off.

I don't know that private equity does any of these companies (to say nothing for their customers) any long term justice.
