This is what my prices were when I did the swap a year ago. I shopped around for the cheapest parts (all the same anyway "cardone" brand remans regardless of where I bought them, and new aftermarket (made in USA) rotors)
$75 - caliper brackets (pr)
$84 - 80 Trans-Am rear rotors (11" vented-$42 ea.)
$56 - 85 Camaro FRONT calipers (no e-brake-$28 ea, loaded-with core charge)
$42 - '68 Corvette NON POWER 4-wheel disc master cyl (bolts onto stock chevelle power-booster for power-brakes)
$50 - Willwood Adjustable Proportioning Valve
$32 - '85 Camaro Front brake hoses (may be a better alternative, but that's what I used)
$10 - various brake lines to eliminate stock prop. valve/ dist. block.
$10 - Brake Fluid
$359 - TOTAL (note* add $75+ for 85 Seville calipers with E-brakes)
Here's a pair of the brackets on Ebay:

These are the exact same as what I have, except I found them cheaper from a guy in Iowa who makes them and sells them for $75/pr.
At the swap at "Back to the 50s" this year I bought 3 pairs for $50 (for all
) and sold 2 sets for $75 each and kept the 3rd set for my next project.
