Here's my post for this month. I know the Beach Boys say that Santa cruises around town in a Deuce coupe, but I heard the sleigh just doesn't have the flair it used to for deliveries. Along the way Santa picked up a late 60's-early 70's GMC Tilt cab stake bed beater they were just using to haul junk around the workshop. As a present to Santa, early this year Rudy and the boys chopped the roof off for that open air sleigh ride feel, shaved the door handles, added air bags to make it easy for the old guy to get in and out, 18" Baer brakes, low pro tires on Christmas Ornament style billet 30's, twin 500 gallon tanks, 4 jigawatt fog lamps, a quad turbo (twin stacked) mega inch stroked diesel laying down 4,562 deer power and over 36,000 lbs of torque (all coming in by 1800 rpms), and most importantly a hot chocolate dispenser. Not shown here is the jet powered with additional warp drive and worm hole GPS equipped cargo plane that transports the truck from country to country. So now instead of hoofs on the roofs, the kiddies just need to look on the street for the clouds of black smoke, a whine like a 747, and a deafening noise that sounds like a really big motor with marbles in the cilynders.
Created in illustrator, I had fun with this one, put a little more cartoony feel into it. Enjoy, and may your holidays be bright and shiny too!
