Default Brake Dust?

I've been running my mustang for a while now on the street and the pads I have on there are dusting pretty badly. I'm going to change them but I've noticed that the dust from them gets all over the body and it's really hard to get it off. Any suggestions?

Soap and water do almost nothing. I there something I can do to get it clean? I was thinkingthat I might have to clay bar it but I'm thinking that that may not even be effective.

Hmmm any chance of you getting a name for me?

Someone suggested gasoline but I don't like using gasoline like that because of the danger of combustibility along with the fact that it can't be that good for paint!

Thanks!
