Default another wheel fitment question

I know this has been talked about on many threads. I am fairly sure I have read most of them. I have a 69 Camaro and am thinking of ordering wheels with custom backspacing. The car has a stock subframe and rear end. Hotchkis 2" drop front and 1.5" rear. SPC A arms with tall ball joints and tall tie rod ends. The wheels I like come in 8's, 9's and 10 inches wide. I would like to run 18x8 with 245/40(4.5" bs) front and 18x10 with 275/40(6"bs) rear. Also planning on rolling the quarters. Future plans would include AFX spindles and bigger brakes front and rear. Along with a 9" rear. How does this sound? I don't want a lot of rubbing issues.
I know it has been done. looking for some reassurance before I pull the trigger. THANKS
