Default WOW 20% restocking fee for ATS parts

Yep Im posting because Im over it! I know this stuff is looked down on but enough is enough. Ordered five weeks ago and was told the oil pan was in stock ready to go. After PM's and no responses then weeks later I get the pan with no gasket or fittings. Pm's yet again to Tyler and was told he ordered the gasket and fittings. I waited a week and I sent him a PM for a follow up. Still not in stock, called the dealer and they have them. So I pm'ed him and told him I want my cash back, Im over it! Got a PM three days later saying they will be in in a few days or I can buy the gasket myself and he would refund that, what about the fittings? If I want to send it back theres a 20% fee. NICE! So you lie about stock and then make your customers wait until you get a bulk order in.
I should have never ordered after what happened with the spindles. Yeah I know Tyler will post some BS but this is the truth, I have PM's. Ive never seen such a unprofessional ran business.
Good luck if you order from ATS!!!!

Your not alone. I waited six months for "shipping damage" replacement steering arms. For six straight months he told me I didn't forget about you. I guess he didn't forget, he was just ignoring me. I eventually gave up and just installed the arms he sent me. I had sent him a brand new set of B body arms to exchange for a set of A body arms last December. "I have a ton of A body arms in stock, I'll get them out as soon as I can". Luckily the damage was only cosmetic

I have my spindles (8 month wait last year), but I found it hilarious that the speed tech subframe was featured in super chevy last month, and they talked about the spindles, showing a stock picture because they didn't have them! They had to assemble it with filthy stock spindles. Great press there.

Then they just made up stuff when talking about the brakes, showing pictures of it apparently all together but more like the rotor is just sitting there and caliper just sitting on the rotor.

It is probably one of the worst run companies I've ever dealt with, although the spindles are nice, it's debatable if it was worth the time and money involved. If I had to do it over, simply calling AME/DSE would have probably been a better move.

Not sure why everyone thinks there is going to be a fight... There is a reason why ATS is not really in business any longer... They make a great product but a one man show can only do so much...

Everyone should know that if you want some ATS parts be ready to wait, if you are not in a hurry you will most likely be happy...
