Default twin turbo set up

i going to change my set up alittle i have the 383 tt set up with efi on it i would like to down size my cylinder heads i have the 230cc intake runner iron eagles and would like to go with the afr 190 or 210 not sure on what size to so with and also the intake manifold i have the team-g now but was thinking the air gap intake, would this be a better combo for street ??

id stick with the AFR 190, they are a good heads, a word of caution, i bought a set of afr 230 CNC's for an LT4 frim TPIS and they had welded and relocated the sparkplug holes, and the weld came out on one of the cylinders... so buy from AFR!

and i doubt you will see much difference with the intakes.. but an airgap could in theory keep the chrage air marginnally cooler and ward off detonatio, but id personally rather spend tht money on water injection or better yet beer!
