Default What's it worth - 64 Inpala SS 327 convert

So guys, what's this car worth. It's an original owner car with the dealership sticker still on the windshield. Factory ordered. Car was driven until the mid 80's and then parked in an indoor heated garage. Mileage is 59,000. Everything is original, interior, top, all paint, engine, etc. A small amount of rust bubbling in the lower bottoms of the front fenders, but nothing major. Engine was painted by their teenage son back in the day but that looks to be the only thing wrong with the car. Master Cylinder was recently replaced. Car has a 300hp 327 with a glide. Here's the pics.

I think that's a great looking car, if it were in worse shape I'd tell you to sell it, or tweak it, but in that shape, I'd say that you should go for a restoration.

I don't know what it might be worth but seeing pics of that car brings back memories. In the late 1970's early 80's when i was 12-15 y/o my best friend's older brother had one identical to the one you posted, had a 283. We used to take it to NASCAR races several times a year. We took it to our local dragstrip lots of times-not to race but to pile 4 people in the trunk so we could sneak in for free, lol.

I almost lost some ribs in the trunk one night-when we finally got parked and the coast was clear we got out-I had been laying on a carburetor and the stud worked on me pretty good.

Well, I am looking to make an offer on the car, so I need to get some ideas of what this car is worth on the market. Ebay isnt so great a gauge for pricing. Appraisal was 28K.

Given the details you've mentioned, I'd say anywhere in the $8-$10k range.
