Default Lip depth, front to rear difference...

Lip depth, front to rear difference

What do you guys like to run, realizing personal preferences vary.
I hate to see too deep a rear lip depth, but not too shallow.

My thinking is visually, too deep a lip in rear hides the rim face at angle when you can still see most of the front face.

feel free to post pic example of what you love or hate...

This is an example of a nice transition front to rear, not too jarring a difference
this is 1" difference, not enough or?

Default my '69

I like the way mine looks (I'm probably biased). I did not have to narrow my 12-bolt and ended up with close to 4" rear lip and 2" front.

In most cases it seems about a 2" difference front to back is ideal, but it really depends on the wheel diameter and face/spoke design. Also the lower the ride height the deeper the lip can go and look good. Deep lips at stockish ride height, even with the right offset looks terrible IMHO.

Everyone is going to have a different opinion, this is purely a personal decision. For example, I hate 20" and bigger wheels but that is just my personal preference.
