Default Base/Clear over Anvil CF

I have a cowl from Anvil and want to paint it the color of my car, is it just scuff and spray? or is a primer needed?

Its a gloss CF cowl panel

Thanks !!

I would spray down a epoxy sealer first in a color close to your base color.

I'm no body man, but here's what we did:

Gloss clear parts were scuffed, body worked, primered, base coat, color and clear. Also its recommended to post cure @ 200 degrees hung vertically. I still got some print through!
