That's some good weight there Todd. Good going my man. I've backed off a lot myself. No need to be a "macho man" and lift every weight in sight anymore!! lol

I take BCAA's as well, which are Branched Chain Amino Acids, which are made up of the three most important Amino Acids to help build and repair muscle. I take 2 capsules 15 minutes before working out and then 2 capsules right after working out.
