Bill --- I have no idea buddy!

All I do know is that with the common plenum in the Inglese intake - I have plenty of vacuum for the items that need it. BTW -- Just so there's no confusion -- the plenum is not like a carb plenum -- there's no common area for the intake side -- just for creating a vacuum source. Otherwise each TB has it's own runner. Make sense?
