That said excessive wear on the inside of the tire with stock alignment settings is odd and doesn't sound right to me.

Thanks for the correction Chad. I didn't stop to think about the tire technology differences.
Either way, like you mentioned something is not right.
Could weak coil springs cause this?
Or possibly a subframe issue?
If the steering box and other components are all new or within spec at least, there has to be something else going on.
Could there possibly be a misalignment of the subframe mounting? Bad mount bushings?
