I am happy for Ferrari and the Iceman! Hamilton will have his chance again.

And we addicted F1 fans thought this season wouldn't be interesting with the departure of Schuey. This was one of the best seasons I have seen in years, coming down to the very last race of the season, the champ winning by one mere point on one of the most unlikely outcomes during a race. Just unreal. Yes, Lewis made a mistake in the early part of the race that caught him out of a few spots, but the system shutdown several laps afterward that cost him over ten positions, well, that was just horrible. Anything can happen, and it did. Congratulations to Kimi, who I still consider the fastest driver out there, and to Ferrari who NO ONE could have kept up with yesterday, they were on cruise control.

I haven't forgotten why I am such a fan. Awesome season. Lewis will indeed be world champ, probably sooner rather than later. Amazing season. And, we saw a bit more of Ferdie's true colors too.

Can't wait until next year!!!
Mark

Thanks Jan, feels great now that we won the championship... oh wait, I didn't win anything
I'm not that much into the F1 stuff, I think there's way too much hype around it. Feels good to be a Finn though with all the great Finnish drivers in WRC and F1 in recent years, and it helps me in my job of selling aftermarket parts, when I can say that these great drivers use the very same brands

I couldn't beleive there are only 5 million people in Finland. Is the country that small?

It's produced some of the best race drivers and hockey players in the world, just hard to beleive there are that few people living there.

Yes you are right my friend!! 5 million is enough and plenty of space for everyone.Size of Finland is 360 000 square kilometers. Not so small compared to other european countrys.
Did you know at we have 200 meters of shore line for each of us if all our lakes ( 190 000 !!! ) are counted in ? Finns are really happy for Kimi,he had too much troubles at last season in mclaren.

For the metrically challenged out in the colonies:
360 000 square km = 140 000 sq miles
200 meters = 1/8 mile
