Default 1968 Plymouth Sat/Roadrunner project (San Jose)

Hey guys I'm new here but love the site. I wanted to get some help and suggestions on my new project a 1968 Plymouth Satellite/Roadrunner clone. Here is what I'm thinking Dodge Viper engine, huge rolling stock with the mandatory big brakes, revamped suspension and updated interior. I noticed we have a huge Bay Area population on this board so hopefully if nothing else this post gets me a few invitations to see some of your rides !

You're right, there's quite a few from the bay area here.

Sounds like an awesome project, welcome to the site.

Awesome another MOPAR!! Great idea! Be careful though of your measurements, that viper motor is pretty long. Keep us updated, I'm interested in seeing how it turns out. Hopefully my badass b-body will bang the boulevard before I break the bank!!! Renderings Soon!!!!!

My buddy has a 1970 Roadrunner that's been all built up. It's not "pretty" but it's 414rwhp and 458ftlbs in front of a pistol grip 4-spd. I sure would like to find me a Roadrunner/Satellite to fix up, they look tough! He put the Mopar "drag" springs on it and poly bushings on the front bar and it realy drives well. It will actually take a corner with those minor mods fairly good. BTW, it also has factory 4-piston front disc's, I guess that's fairly rare and because of those it actually stops good too. I think with a rear bar and some stiff torsion bars and nice shocks it would really dive NICE. Here's a picture:
