Default most radical second gen :)

Yes, John's post made me post this one as well. I own a 79TA and have thought how great it would look if it would sit even lower. DSE's 71 camaro looks great as does DE Jr's but they can both go lower. The YO Bandit looks great but can also go lower. So does anyone out there have any pics or a worked second gen that sits as low as some of these first gens? If someone wants to do a chop that's fine. A real car would just be cooler though.

I'm thinking the biggest limiting factor for getting a 2nd gen even lower than what has been done are the wheel wells. There's not a lot of room to move a wheel up from what I can tell. I'm no metal fabricator though.

Thanks

Scott, there were a few actually. Herb Adam's did the Fire Ams and a Camaro equivalent. They had whale tail spoilers as an options and I believe the camaro could be had with a body kit. There was also the Mecham TAs also known as Macho TAs. It wouldn't surprise me if Motion had one too. It was the 70s. Body kits where about as numerous as aftermarket Ttop companies, lol.

Trey, I did some digging. It was the 81 Yenko Turbo Z that I was thinking of. I think it's pretty cool.

F-bomb and 2ndgenracers 73 transam pro touring/ drag car. AKA Splitter
The transam gets my vote hands down for versatility.
