Default Updated Project, Flush Fit Glass using stock glass

Hey Guys,

Just added some more pictures, front end is on and the glass is in. I modified the openings to use stock glass.

Out of curiousity, what are you doing for the bottom of the windshield to the cal, there arent any pictures of the cal and the finish out between the glass, fender, and cal.. Is the Windshield spaced out at the bottom to where it is above the flat top of the cal and fenders? If So, the factory metal trim wont work anymore, because it isnt shapped right or wide enough to reach the a pillar any more? I went throught that same thing, that is why I had to make the windshield taller and wider.

This is what got by elarging the windshield...

Without Rear weatherstrip on the rear glass...

With weatherstrip on Rear Glass

This one here shows one of the options, so you dont have to add to the A-Pillar.. You can paint this piece car color or black to match the rubber and the black out, or do what I did to the picture at the top.

Props Pearl. I tried doing that w advice from others that have and it just didn't fit right without significant window channel mods. I think I had about an 1/8 inch channel overlap - not enough, and when you move out the glass w weatherstrip it just doesn't carry the same line.
