Default tru turn Help

I have an email out to the guys at ridetech with these pictures but i was wondering if anyone else had this issue. The large stud tie rod does not go all the way up into the steering arm. I also can not fit the cotter pin on the top either. it is the same on both driver and passenger side

I think you used the drag link stud instead of tie rod

Thanks for taking a look, I thought that at first also but it is the tie rod for sure, I already mounted the drag link successfully.

pull it back out and see if the tapered hole isn't reduced by powder coat, burrs or just plain out of spec.
