Email volume has increase exponentially in the last year. I have to make time more often to go thru and delete and look for ones I need to respond to. Emails get buried in the volume.
I have had to resend tax info to vendors we have used for years, some long enough ago that we mailed the info to them and they have it in a file cabinet at work that they can't access at home.
I occasionally have to temper my desire to dump a long time vendor and realize that customer service is not the way it was a few years ago. The people moving up in the ranks of these vendors do not have the same emphasis on customer service.
I think it is a time to have a more than normal amount of patience in dealing with vendors.
