DSE QL install labor cost?

Hey guys, i did a search but i couldn't find anyone discussing the labor involved in this. I received a quote from an authorized DSE dealer for around $1800-$2800 in labor to install the quadra-link setup, depending on the condition of the car. Does this seem high to you guys? I'm new to this thing, so i may just be seeing the sticker shock of building a g-machine for the first time, but when he told me that on the phone i studdered "what was that?" Thanks for the help guys!
