Default Almost done at last (take 2 video)

Well, my '69 Camaro's almost finished at last. I've got to paint & stripe the original GM steel cowl hood & rear spoiler (not the hood in the video), then I need to fit the front bumper & front spoiler. Not sure whether to run a chrome or body colour endura bumper, what ya reckon?? (the car is Audi brillaint red as seen on the new A8's, but the video was taken with my cheapo stills camera so it looks more orange). Once that's done I can give it a final cut back & polish & the fit the trim, badges etc & then final detail it. Nearly there now whoo hoo!! cheers....Nige

Hiya Scott, how ya doing?

The engines 406 cu in that's been decked for quench, Keith Black 11.5-1 compression pistons, Eagle steel crank, 6" Eagle H beam rods, Dart Pro1 heads with 2.06 valves, 215cc runners & 72 cc chambers, roller rockers. Circle track cam, at .050" tappet lift - int duration 242.4, exhaust duration is 255.4. Lift with 1.6 rockers is .535" intake and .560" exhaust, with LCA of 108.7, installed at 104.0 intake lobe centreline. It's all been internally balanced & fitted with an ali flywheel & Muncie 4 speed. That's all going to be topped off by a Crossram intake with 2 600 dbl pumper Holleys (single 4bbl on at the moment to dial the car in).

It certainly seems very responsive & pulls like a train , cheers....Nige
