Default Need new rims, Forgelines or Rushforths, why do guys run 18 front, 19,20 rear

Im looking for some new rims on this Mach 1 i just got and it already has 18X8.5 and 18X10 Foose which i like but want to really give it a modern Pro tour look.

the car has Ridetech air so even when slammed the rims on this car look small.

Then when I look at other cars with 18's they look perfectly balanced especially Camaros, but on the Mustangs its deceptive from viewing photos which size works best.

I was considering doing 19X10 rear and 18X8.5 fronts or doing 19 all the way around. Theoretically having different overall sizes in height screws up the cars balance. That is why I am questions this different fitments especially having 20 in the rear and 18 in the front. I do understand the Modern Vettes have 18/19 rims but their overall height is the same.

I kinda get why guys do the larger rears for rake but that also can be done with suspension settings. I honestly think having the same diameter all around makes the most sense.

I just want to hear some feedback on why some of you guys choose the sizes your running.
