Default 1970 Z-28 should i build it or sell it

Okay here's the deal. I want to do a car for the next project but i'm on the fence. I would love to do a 2nd gen Camaro and I have this one available and the price is right @ 10 grand. It comes with 2 interiors and it's pretty solid car. It was painted 18 year ago and the owner just let the car sit and has never finished it. It's appears to be an original 4 speed car with Power Disc brakes and Power Steering.

ps - i would have no intention of restoring it, i would build it.

marty... thats a good deal.
I have never seen a 2nd gen dash that didnt curl up like that.
thats nothing new.
the rest of the car looks to be better than the average in the common "spots" of age.
my brother had a 2nd in high school but sold it when he got married..... he should've kept it and sold his wife instead.

Looks great! It'd be a great car to get running, have some fun with, and slowly assemble parts and a plan. The paint looks good in the photos for 18 yrs.old!

I'd build it, looks nice and solid. But the price seems a little much though. If you can score a better deal it would be worth it.
