Default Dream Car Garage "Small-block Shoot-out"

Anyone else watch this last night on Speed?

Here's a little info on it. It's all I can find.

http://dreamcargarage.com/plog/index...Id=43&blogId=1

If you missed it, I think it's on tonight at like 3:00 am, so stay up or tape it, it's worth it! It was probably the best car show I've seen on tv.

That Peter guy drove all the cars, and he drove them hard! Power shifting in the quarter, getting a little in the dirt in the road coarse, drifting a little, etc. He's a hell of a driver. They did all the right test, 0-60, quarter mile, braking, slalom, and road coarse. All the cars did very well, but you could see where just a few suspesion mods would of really helped. It was awesome to actually see these old cars get put to the test on the road coarse.

I wont say the results incase someone wants to check it out and see for themselves.

Not we just need them to do a Pro-Touring shootout, .

An excellent show, well worth staying up till 3 am to watch it again..or just record it. Pete really flogs these cars. Lets you know just how tough these cars were when they were built.

By the way how do you pronounce Hnatiw?

I saw it last night aswell. I think the camaro would've done better with a little suspension tuning. It would roll a little more then the other cars in the turns.

I think it's something like this "Natchew"

Very cool guy, we just meet him a couple weeks ago at our last chance car show. Peter was supposed to show as well, but wasn't there for some reason.

Excellant show by the way. I live about 30 mins from that road course/drag strip.
I will be looking at trying to get some track time on it next year, so I can thrash my car around!
