Default Procharged Pro Touring 68 Camaro for sale

Due to some unforeseen circumstances and a deterioration in my business, I am putting my 68 Camaro for sale. It is currently about 80-85% complete and being worked on daily at Gearhead Garage in Sacramento, CA. This is the same shop that built Mike Bassi's awesome 67 Camaro that was a Lateral-G Feature of the Month.

I have tons of pics on threads and in my photo album here:

I know we're in a tough market, but I am looking for $55k as it sits now. As most of you know, this is less than the cost of the parts and the car before adding in labor.

This is a moving price as parts and labor costs are being incurred weekly. There is roughly $15-20k left to finish the car the way I planned on doing it, but it could be done for $10-12k if need be and still be fantastic. A buyer now gets to decide on all of the final fitment, design, and trim decisions. Otherwise, I finish it and sell it completed in 2-3 months.

I am located in San Francisco and car is in Sacramento.

Please email dwgordon at gmail dot com with questions, offers, or to get my phone number.

Thanks for looking.

Best of luck to you Flash. It's a nice car and I am sorry to hear this. It seems like this is economy is crunching many. How about selling the Porsche instead?

I figured I would be answering this question.

The answer is the Porsche has a lot less equity and it serves as my daily driver, and a quite a good one at that!

The Camaro generates the most cash that I need unfortunately.

This is a bummer no doubt, but I will be back in a Pro Touring car soon!

thanks Tom

Thanks, Mike. There is a small chance I will be able to keep it, but I don't want to get backed into a corner at the last minute. I have priced it low to generate some real interest, and we know the car minute isn't what it was a year or 2 ago...

Thanks, Steve. Yes your 68 was my first inspiration, back when 67-68s weren't as popular as they seem to be now! I think you had a lot to do with that!

Thanks... although I was refering to the fact that the rendering is a picture I took of Penny that's been modified..

Makes we wish I would have gone with that color.. looks great.

67-68 is the new '69...

Yeah I know, man. There is still a chance I will keep her - either cuz I don't get a decent price, or one of the mofo's who owe me substantial money actually pay me! I am just trying to stay ahead of the curve if things get worse. This really is the ultimate roller coaster ride. Let's see how it ends. If it does sell, I will undoubtedly be back in a pro-touring car as soon as possible.
