Default Flat clear

Just a small change. After checking out Ring Brother's Razor, I felt the exposed carbon fiber looks way better with a flat clear. It just looks more natural. So I had Kurt spray these parts with flat clear, and I think it turned out awesome... but it's really hard to get pictures that show how cool it looks.

yes, this is one of the changes I'm making now; flat clear over all my carbon fiber. I think it looks way better, and more real.

That looks fantastic Scott. And kudos to Kurt, I'll probably be getting ahold of you for some more info on what you used, that's the look I want. We were thinking of like 80% flat, just a very low sheen.

It's PPG 2060 Flex'd n Flat. Kurt will have to fill in the details, he's the expert.

Yep, 2060 is the magic number Its not "Chalky" flat like a basecoat with no clear but has a very low shean to it

That looks ALOT better !!!! Please don't take that as in it looked bad before, because it looked good, it just makes it VERY good now !! Good decision.
