I have not read an issue of Popoular Hot Rodding in a while because it seemed Hunkins was turning it into a slightly more upscale version of Car Craft. Anyway, this month featured the goodguys giveaway car. Wow. not my favorite year of stang, but just an amazing job! Jon Kaase built 800hp 520 c.i.d boss (beautiful engine compartment), great wheel choice, and excellent interior execution. Can't believe someone is gonna win this thing!

The two other feature cars in PHR were awesome g-machines too. (gives me hope for the mag again) The 1962 bubbletop with Ls2 and 6 speed great choice, and a beautiful interior. Guys are really turning up the notch on interiors! No more stock door panels with aftermarket seats! Good to see.

I can't believe I just came across this post... Thank you for your compliments! The car was given away yesterday at the Scottsdale Goodguys show. Here is a link to the story on the Goodguys Website... The Gentleman won himself one hell of a car..

I saw the Boss Snake Mustang going down the highway yesterday on my way home from work.

I saw that the guy who won it was from my area, and I was curious if I'd ever see it out.

Looks like he's driving it.
