Default NewGen: NEW WHEEL! "The Slide"

New wheel from NewGen.... "Slide".

Shown here in concave, it is also available in standard profile, and deep concave. Finished, with a brushed and cleared center, and chrome outer.

Remember, NewGen 3pc wheels are available in chrome, for NO extra charge.

The cap, for those who noticed, is aluminum, engraved, and filled in with black to pop on the brushed finish. I think they turned out sweet. This will be standard on ALL brushed and cleared 3pc wheels now. Hope you like?

Key features:
  • Concave, Deep Concave, and Standard profile
  • 6061-t6 Forged Center
  • Step lip and Soft Lip Sizes 18" and up
  • Finish options (at no extra charge) include powder coat, brushed, cleared, and chrome
  • Custom offsets, hub diameters, and bolt patterns

For pricing, please visit our new website, www.driverzinc.com. It will be up in a few minutes, but shares the same price as the "Chamber".

Chamber.... Slide..... see a pattern here?

Mark, they can. It is a 3 piece wheel, we do not charge for the wider hoops up to 11". Anything over 11" wide adds $25 per wheel.

Thanks.

Where the spokes bolt to the hoop, due to the design of the wheel, is it further back then other designs? Thus giving it a deeper dish but with the same offset? Hope that made sense.

Good looking wheel. I would like to see them on a car.

Mark, the flange (where the 3 pieces meet) is in the exact same place it would be with a standard forging, its just the profile of the spoke that ramps forward then at the point where they meet the outer, they 90 back to the flange. So the wheel outer width is the same regardless if we use a standard profile, concave, or deep concave center.

(I hope that makes sense). If not, let me know and I can try to explain it another way.

How you been by the way? Haven't talked to you since those Schott wheels.

I like the direction that New Gen has been heading. Any plans on a split 5 into 10 spoke mesh wheel or similar?

Regardless, I'm really digging these. How many growlers of Stone Beer would it take to get a set?

Matt

P.s. regarding the naming theme... I have faith that you will, but please tell me you will stop before making a bullet wheel, the world has seen enough Mustang guys with their "Bullitt" aka Torque Thrust II wheels.
