Default Lq install question second gen f body

Hello folks, what radiator should I be looking for doing an install into a second gen trans am" or will the factory 403 radiator work? Thanks.

If you can find the hoses to fit it should work just fine. We run LS compatible AFCO radiators and it takes standard hoses for 99-02 Camaro.

Yes, the 403 radiator will work if it's in good condition. Mine was shot so I got a DeWitts radiator for it. It's the same dimensions as a C3 Corvette big block radiator. You just have to ask them to put straight LS size ports plus the steam port on there. Basically, no big deal really.

Oh, my car came with the HD radiator. That was the same size as the BB vette radiator. I'm not sure on the dimensions for a standard 403 radiator. I'm sure the standard radiator will work though for your LS. Just look at the size of a 4th gen Fbody radiator.
