Default Reference Pictures Needed

Instead of making several smaller threads as I need the pictures, I'm going to make one thread requesting pictures of the reference I need and will need in the future. If anyone can help me out that would be awesome. I am working on a 1:12th scale 69 Camaro, and want it to be as realistic as possible.

Wheels:

If anyone has some pictures of the back side of some aftermarket wheels that would be a big help. I need to replicate where the wheel mounts to the hubs

Suspension:

Rear suspension, I am looking for a 3 or 4 link type set up. Not just pictures of the parts, but If someone has some good in progress shots of this type of suspension being installed on a first gen that would be awesome. I am planning on making 18" or 19" x 11" wheels and tires outback so a tub is going to be necessary. Again, I want it to be accurate, so If you have some shots of this work being done it would be more than helpful.

Front suspension: I am planning on upgrading the front suspension as well, tubular arms and coil overs. Same thing goes with the front, pictures of components as well as the install.

Engine: LSx pictures, of ANY kind. bare block pictures are needed at this point. Intake. Brackets accessories.

Interior: I have aspirations of constructing some corbeau or Recaro's and maybe modernizing the dash and other parts of the interior as well.

As for the exterior, I am on the fence with the paint. I love susnet orange pearl. I want to incorporate that color. But I am not sure if I want to do a two tone, a single color, single color with stripes.

Feel free to Chime in with ideas and comments. Also, If anyone has or is willing to take measurements for me that would be awesome. Seats, engine parts, interior parts, other components. It helps to get thing properly proportioned and scaled down.

Thank You In Advance
Russell

Russell, I can't help you much with the LSx stuff, but I probably have plenty of pics of the other stuff. Here's the backside of a wheel:

Thanks Scott. I hope to have my wheel ready to cast by early next week. The hub will be a separate mold, that way I don't have to mess with a two part mold at this stage.

Cast? That sounds cool. Please elaborate if you get a chance. Also you may want to get in touch with AstroRacer Mark . He also works in scale on some advanced level. He should also be fo great assistance on the suspension aspects of your project. I have a Corbeau CR1 seat lying around. Lemme know if you need pix.

Good luck.

Steve, I bookmarked your page. It will come in handy in the future.

Casting. For the best explanation visit the thread in the projects forum (I'll post a link)

Here is the short version. I create a master peice from styrene, glue and any other parts that I can come up with. (the heads are from styrene superglue and aluminum tubing) Then a High Stregth RTV silicone is used to make a mold of the original part. Once that has cured, I use a 2 part casting resin to cast the part.

shoot, no need to apologize. lol. Im just thankful there are so many people here willing to help. I've got the rotors done. I sacrificed a little accuracy for look. but I like them. I'm going to start on the sketches and dimensions for the calipers today at work.
