Each time, the Russell PS lines have leaked at the compression fittings that are supposed to be leak-proof, LOL. I'm trying Earl's PS lines tomorrow if the parts arrive. Does anyone know of a stock line I can use for this application (help, GM Gurus!)? Otherwise does anyone know of 6AN PS lines that actually work?

I assume you're using the teflon lines for that much pressure. It's critical to get the teflon end cut perfectly straight without any burrs or knicks in the edge. Unlike normal rubber braided lines that seal on the inside of the rubber hose itself, the sealing part of the teflon lines is the end edge of the teflon where it meets the farrel nut. If it's not a clean straight cut they will leak.
I always cut the hose and then peel the braided line back a bit so I can get a sharp straight razor blade on the end of the teflon only, and carefully cut it perfectly straight and perpendicular to clean up any roughness on the edge from cutting the hose.
