Default Did a little Forum house cleaning this morning

As you guys already noticed, I did a little house cleaning on the Forums this morning. I broke up the Tech Discussion area into more specific sub-headings. That's something that had been requested and it was long overdue. I also re-worded a few of the other section headings. I hope everyone finds the changes useful, and as always, if you have suggestions, ideas, input or opinions, let me know.

Thanks.
