Glad I didn't have any money out to that guy.

That aside, I'm excited to see what Bowler & Legend are able to do with their partnership.

Yep --- Where there is a "void" --- someone will come along and fill it. By the time Shafti gets back in business.... all those "sold orders" will have been filled by someone else.

What a ****ing crook....

As a machining business we have been on the hook twice when stuff like this happens... Then the company gets "bought" by a larger place (Assets only...not liabilities of course).

Here's an idea, move on with your life! Clearly the whole driveline thing isn't working out.

PRIVATE STOCK OFFERING
As Shafi Keisler is raising this as a principle of the new company, this is a private offering. This offering is not governed by the securities laws for a Public Offering. With that being said, ANY INVESTMENT HAS RISK, AND ANY MONIES PLACED INTO THIS PRIVATE OFFERING MUST BE DESCRETIONARY SPENDING THAT WILL NOT MATERIALLY IMPACT ONE'S FINANCIAL CONDITION IF THE INVESTMENT FAILS.
I'm sure this helps him sleep better at night.

For certain guys -- they never do figure out that the issues they always run into are THEMSELVES... You know... the little things -- like spending too much -- or customer service -- or managing cash flow -- or actually what it takes to make a profit....

Just simple stuff really. Well... that is... unless you don't get it. LOL
