Default Holley Sniper EFI

Holley has pushed the Sniper EFI release date from 6-30-15 to 9-30-16, does anyone have any insight to the issues causing the delay?

I want to find out more about their retrofit in tank pump kit that I watched Stacey David install on that 2nd Gen Camaro last weekend...along with a Sniper EFI throttle body.

If the marketing promises equate to 50% the system looks pretty good especially considering the price point.

Obviously they've had some issues that set back the launch.

.......sitting on the fence impatiently waiting.

For those of us that are EFI dummies (like myself) what are this systems' benefits over the FiTech? Is there more than being from Holley and the reassurance of their reputation? Tunability outside the self learning?

As I've watched it play out over the years, the carburetor company appears to be near the top of the performance EFI market. That success trickles down to their new entry level systems.

Personally I like the simplicity of the Sniper system.

I would take either or of the two throttle body setups at this point, it's the Sniper fuel delivery system I'm more intrigued about.

I had a new terminator stealth on order back in March, they kept pushing the date. I still don't think it's shipped. I called Holley around May, they couldn't tell me any reason for delay. Sounds about the same as the Sniper deal.

Production problems maybe.

I ended up ordering the standard Terminator, had it in a couple of days.
