Default What do you think the most important aspect of life is?

I was just curious to see what you guys thought the most important thing in life is. We all come from different backgrounds and were raised in different places and environments. Currently I firmly believe being happy is the most important thing in life hands down. My girlfriend is all wrapped up in money and prestige. She'd rather me work for a bunch of backstabbers and liars and make really good money and have a "status" than to do the job i love and make decent money. Surley im not the only one that can live life and be happy while Im here!

Trick is to be happy as you bump along from day to day. My father is constantly saying he'll be happy when he gets this or that done.

Problem is, this or that is EVERY day for as long as you live.

My faith, family, and friends. If you have your priorities in line, you will be happy.

Find something that makes you happy, just for you, never mind what anyone else thinks, as long as it makes you happy without harming others... for me it's little things... a nice ride on my sportbike to the beach with my wife, a couple beers with a buddy working on a project car, adding 10lbs to my bench press, etc... just little things day to day that make you smile....

God, Family, Family, Family, Pursuit of Happiness, Balance.

The older I get the more the last one tends to make sense.
