Default Gauges at Night

Can anyone post a pic or two of their aftermarket gauges at night...doesn't matter what brand! I am looking to buy a set of AutoMeter Ultra Lites, but I don't know what to expect from the perimeter lighting as opposed to through-dial lighting. I want to be sure you can see clearly. Thanks guys!

Here's a snapshot of my Ultralites at night. Not real clear, but you get the idea. As you can see, the perimeter lighting is... well... ok. lol

I agree Scott! Perimeter gauges don't light up all that well at night! I think I may go with the Autometer Nexus gauges. Anyone have a photo of those at night in their car?

I was afraid visibility would be limited. The Nexus gauges will look great I'm sure...except they don't have a speedo yet (except for the Plug-N-Run series).

It's kinda hard to tell from the angle but how difficult is it to see the pointers?

I never had any trouble seeing the pointers.. it's hard to capture on camera but they glow pretty good.

There's a cool pic in the new super chevy of them at night. Also, a white LED would make them brighter but I liked the "mil spec" look of the red LEDs
