Default November 07 Feature: The Alumin8r

The Alumin8r has an interesting history and has been a part of Lateral-g.net from the beginning of the website. It started as a perfectly restored ZL1 clone, but went on to become a benchmark for all g-Machines to strive for, and ultimately went across the block at Barrett-Jackson.

I put together a new page for the Alumin8r, along with video embedded into the page. Since I'm leaving for SEMA early in the AM, the November Feature is a few days early.

Thanks Stuart, Jody, and Charley. Awesome car.

Thanks Scott. Jody and Charley were great to deal with during the transaction. Jody builds a heck of a motor, car sounded like none other. I think Charley told me that his son would like to just sit there and listen to it idle, it sounded so mean, in a good way.

As far as stupid money, I guess to some. But not considering when Foose Camaros were selling at a 200K clip and the Baldwin Motion red car went for 500K'ish. Barrett Jackson is alot of fun and crazy also. Seems like yesterday, time flies.

That is a awesome car. The 148K sell price seems to be a deal when you look at some other cars that have 300K build prices. Plus some of those high end pro built cars would most likely get crushed by this car's performance. Does anybody know if this car is still driven or is it locked down with new owner?
