Question Tow Hooks

I have got to ask…. What is with the tow hook installs????? Is it for getting pulled out of the kitty litter when you run off track or does it help tie the trailer cars down to the trailer?

Actually it's good for anything.

You breakdown on the highway. The tow truck shows up, where does hook the cable up to?

We also installed tow hooks / tie down anchors on the frame of my truck.

The good thing about these is that they are removable.
