1968 Chevy Camaro Pro Tour Project
I havent touched the car in about 20 months. Owned it for about 4 years. Its sitting at West Coast Autocraft in Cloverdale, CA if anyone is interested. They specialize in Concours/show cars and have done a few of Jay Lenos rides.
1968 Chevy Camaro Pro Tour project.
Original 68 SS Tux black with black houndstooth however all original parts have been cut and redone.
2000 LS1 Motor with T56
Speedtech subframe with air ride
Rear Chassisworks 4 link G billet with air ride
Fab 9 rear with Moser axles (shortened)
S&P mounts
Autokraft pan
Carbon fiber hood, trunk, header panel, cowl panel
Mini tubbed
Wheels are Feslers 19x12 and 19x9 and tires are NT55 5.5 inch lip on rear wheel
Body:
RS front end with electric headlights and billet grill
Rotissoried body. Full media blast
All new sheetmetal. Everything replaced except roof and doors.
New Full floor pan
Needs:
Air tank
Gas tank
Interior
All windows
Steering column
Wiring
Lights
Center section
Brakes (have only booster need everything else)
Im pretty sure Im forgetting a ton of things since I havent really touched the car in 9 months. I have about 35+K into this thing. I owe another 5K to the bodyshop(. Car will be painted black unless buyer wants a different color. The paintjob will not be a cheap paintjob. Bodywork will be about as perfect as you can get for a black car and the paint will be a 13 coat process.
I will try to get some new pictures up soon. For now you can click the link in my signature

I just updated my flickr with new pictures. ALso I forgot to mention the gaps are Perfect everywhere. The metal was either cut or more added around the carbon parts to make the gaps PERFECT.

Unfortunately I no longer have the money to finish it so I can either sell it or pull the car out of the shop and leave it in my garage for when I get some cash to finish it.
