Default Tranny/rear end angles

Was wondering what angles ya'll run with different types of suspensions and if you are 1 or 2 degrees off, how big of a deal is it? I have a coilover setup and the pro-touring bible recommends a -3 degrees for the engine/tranny and a -1.5 degree for the pinion. Just curious.
