I have a dilemma, over the course of a few years I have acquired some cool cars. All projects but running and pretty solid. I have decided to sell two of them to complete and finish one. I just don't know which one to keep. Which one would be worth keeping because I like them all the same. I know it's hard to ask for unbiased opinions but I need them. So I have a 67 Mustang fastback, 69 RS/SS camaro and lastly 68 Firebird. I can post photos tomorrow but until then can I get some opinions.
Thanks guys
They are all awesome cars. I would say whichever is further along but that doesn't cut it as you say they are all running and driving so it comes down to something specifically about your love of the car.
Mustangs are generally more expensive to work on. Nice to have around but you have two GMs which would lead me to believe the mustang was you dabbling in something different. I would think it would bring better coin than the bird. I'd let it go.
I've got a 68 firebird so I love them. While they are better looking than the mustang or most camaros, if it has a chev engine in it that isn't an ls, I'd let it go.
It seems like everybody has a 69 camaro. If they don't have one they want one. It almost seems like you have to have one to join a certain club. Almost a cliche - but you've got an rs. That makes all the difference in the world. I can't get the better off dead rs out of my head. Paint it black and drive it.
But this is just my .02. Close your eyes and hear an engine, feel a shifter and steering wheel. Zoom out and see some curves and paint. Which car are you driving? Now just keep it.
Okay update the camaro has been dismantled and taken apart. Well I will just let the photos speak for themselves. The Pontiac Firebird has the original poncho in it. The fastback also has the original motor. The camaro 69 RS/SS was purchased no motor or trans but I have a motor and trans for it already.
