Thanks Tom...aka Radrambler.
I am happy to hear you guys like the way Killer turned out. When I first started building this car I truly have to admit I didn't think it would ever run again.
Been a blast since. Ended up writing a book inspired from the car project and coming up with some cool inventions/products to modernize the old Vettes.
Been VERY busy since last year re-working my 69 Camaro. Tom has been a big help. We get to bounce ideas off each other to help tweak the projects here and there.
The camaro is going together with a 2000 LS1 fitted with SLP Stage III heads & cam with 35# injectors, headers, cold air intake, 2,800 TCI stall all routed to a 9" with 3.5 gears. Suspension is mostly stock/modified with LS1 12" Camaro rear brakes and 13" cross drilled C5 front brakes riding on Edelbrock shocks and fiberglass springs out back.
My theme for the 69 Camaro is Complex Simplicity. I have stayed awake many-a-night dreaming up ways to hide, smooth, and re-route most major wire, hose, and bracket system under the hood for a super clean look. I think I am VERY close to making my mark.
I am on a drop dead finish date of July 05 to take it to Goodguys in Columbus Ohio. Considering it is in 1,000 pieces at this moment, it is going to be CLOSE!
I'll be hanging out around here checking out the site. Looks like some super cool rides!
