HI, I just bought one of my all time favorite cars A 1996 IMPALA bone stock. I just would like so some insight on how to get some quick hp gains?

I'd recommend a good cold air intake, tri-y headers, catback exhaust, and PCM reprogramming for starters.

If you want to make it the most fun you've ever had......put a T56 in it.

Add some suspension upgrades and you will really fall in love with it.

You can't ever go wrong by installing a good bumpstick. LT-1's sound great with a lope at idle.

The Impalas have steel heads,put a set of camaro or vette heads on it.and a cam is going to must a Comp CC503 is agreat all round street cam for a stock Lt1
