I will be doing an install on the Paddle shifted TKO500/600 on our Camaro and let me tell you this thing is sick. I dont have all the specs on it yet but they have a model for Standard thats right for your 5sp or 6sp and Automatic. This is the coolest thing I have seen and they have been testing them on Trophy trucks for years now.

They are finally ready to go on the street and we will show you it here first. You can do all kinds of programming for different shifting patterns and it looks like a lot of fun. The best part you never have to take your hands of the wheel to shift.

updates on this comeing very soon and we are getting set up as dealers now if anyone is intersted in more information on these. I will post cost and other info very soon on them.

Would an application include the T56?

Looks like it is corded?...That might get irritating...I do like the gear display in the hub though...

Sorry for the stupid question, would the clutch pedal still need to be depressed and released while shifting?

I am getting all the info on the system now for what it will work with, You do still need to clutch the car it will not stop that but you remove the shifter from the car as it is replaced with the new unit. The cords can be as long or short as you want and they are not in the way when mounted.

It is not going to be out for a few more months, May to June. We are in talks of using it for Lisa's car, but they are still working out some details right now and it may not be ready before we need it. I can tell you pricing will be in the $2900 range + a shift indicator And that does not include a transmission. My biggest question right now is does it improve or contribute to the high RPM shifting issues TKOs inherently have? And they simply do not know the answer to that question yet. The system will not actuate the clutch, but does have memory in the shifter so that you can actually pre shift it and it will shift instantly next time the clutch is depressed. That sounds pretty cool!
