Default An introduction

Hey guys great site here. I don't know if my car qualifies as a G machine or not but I'll give it a shot.
62 impala 2 dr ht. I purchased it sept last year and have been crankin ever since. Everytime I make a deadline, I blow right past it. It's all the little things that holds everything up. But I hope to have it done soon.

What has been done:
-New floors
-all rust cut out new metal in it's place.
-2 tone paint. first time I've ever painted
-shaved key holes and most of the body holes. I left the long trim that runs the length of the car to break the 2 tone.
-frenched in tail lights and eliminated 2 on each side.
-air ride
-tubular control arms all the way around
-4 wheels disc
-20/22 wheels
-custom exhaust
-custom tank with drop-in pump and sump
-LS1
-radiator overflow and mounts
-all new wiring
-custom interior with buckets throughout full electric fronts
-custom dash with autometer gauges
-custom center console
-one piece headliner
-custom door panels
-square weave carpet
-all new glass

and a butt load more

Here is what I started with:

Welcome to the site and VERY BITCHIN' car! It's come a long way in less than a year and has a great look. It may not exactly be a track-day car but most folks here are pretty open minded and appreciate all kinds of updated musclecars.

Keep posting pics and keep up the good work!

Looks great! And as Jason noted, most of us here love all cars.
